Kabul - Again bomb attack in Afghanistan. At least 19 people were killed when a truck they were riding stepped on a roadside bomb in Helmand province, Afghanistan. Among the victims, including 7 women and 5 children.

"19 people including 7 women and 5 children killed in IED (improvised explosive device) today. The seven women were from one family. Five people have been injured," said local security forces commander, Mohammad Ismail, as reported by AFP on Wednesday (07/12/2011).

It is said Ismail, a resident had been on a journey of Lashkar Gah, the capital of Helmand's Sangin district headed when their car hit by a bomb.

This bomb attack came a day after two bomb attacks that occurred in two separate places in Afghanistan on Tuesday, December 6 yesterday. As many as 59 people were killed in the incident that occurred during the Ashura celebrations.

During these frequent roadside bombs planted by Taliban militants to fight the foreign forces of NATO and Afghan government forces.
